1. Our Return Guidelines

To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following criteria for all returns:

• Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original state with all labels and tags attached.

• Exclusions: Due to hygiene standards and the nature of our collections, certain items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. The Return Process

• Initiate: Please reach out to our team at support@terraloom.store with your order number and the reason for your return.

• Instruction: Once approved, we will provide you with the necessary details to send your items back to our studio. All authorized returns must be shipped directly to our facility: 425 N Magnolia Ave, Orlando, FL 32801, United States.

• Inspection: Upon receiving your package, our team will inspect the linen to ensure it meets our quality standards.

• Completion: Once verified, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

4. Important Considerations

• Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe arrival of your items. For customer remorse (such as change of mind, incorrect size/color selected), the customer covers the return shipping fee. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Terraloom covers 100% of the return shipping costs.

• Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 / 0%) on all returned products.

• Original Fees: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

• Packaging: We kindly ask that you package your return securely. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged during transit due to improper packaging.
